Elouise Epstein
Dr Elouise Epstein is Partner at Kearney and one of the world’s preeminent experts on digital procurement and how it affects supply chains.
Specializing in how to apply digital to solve actual business problems, Elouise is author of ‘Trade Wars, Pandemics, and Chaos: How digital procurement enables business success in a disordered world’ and is already working on a follow-on book.
She works with leaders who aren’t afraid of a challenge. “The middle-of-the-road clients usually prefer incremental changes. That’s fine, but that’s not the role for a futurist,” she says.
Duncan Jones
Duncan spent almost twenty years at Forrester Research and now works as an advisor, speaker and investor in all areas Procurement, having acquired 40 years’ experience of software implementations in the technology industry.
Duncan is one of the main architects behind Forrester’s approach to buy-side applications, “supplier value management” (SVM). This term recognizes that firms increasingly view suppliers as key partners who contribute as much to business success as employees.
Lance Younger
Lance is the CEO and Founder of ProcureTech, a digital platform focused on building the digital future of procurement. ProcureTech delivers digital procurement transformation through StrategyLAB, SCOUT and ACCELERATOR programmes, and is also home to the ProcureTech100, the definitive 100 pioneering digital procurement solutions.
Lance also champions entrepreneurs and social impact through advisory roles with the GreenTech Alliance, the Sustainable Procurement Pledge, the Prince’s Trust Business Launch Group for young people, and as a founder of Procure4Peace.org.
Ruth Bromley
Since joining the brewing industry 22 years ago, Ruth spent the first part of her career in supply chain, before switching into Procurement a decade ago.
Within Procurement, Ruth is responsible for Heineken’s technology roadmap, operational excellence and people enablement programs.
She is a recognized leader in the field, and always keen to explore new ideas to enable the business and to drive decision-making. Her passion for team development has helped the organization deliver successful projects in a way that previously would not have been possible.
Ruth graduated from Durham University in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and holds a Master Brewer certificate from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
Adam Hubbard
With more than 20 years’ experience across a range of blue-chip organizations, Adam is passionate about what great Procurement can do and the impact it can have on the business it supports.
Adam’s experience spans all aspects of Procurement from sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement operations (including outsourced operations) through to the policies, processes and systems that underpin all of these activities.
Adam holds MCIPS in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management.
Marc Bengio
Having spent almost two decades at Johnson & Johnson, Marc has extensive experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and IT strategy, supporting direct and indirect procurement, and areas including manufacturing, quality and customer experience.
Marc, whose academic background includes Science, Mathematics and Computer Science, now plays a leading role in architecting and delivering J&J’s digital strategy, which has its focus on supplier centricity and transforming healthcare with innovative supplier solutions.
Costas Xyloyiannis
Costas Xyloyiannis is co-founder and CEO of HICX, the leading supplier information management solution for the Global 5000. Costas founded HICX in 2012 in order to address the challenges of bad supplier data in the enterprise and has worked with companies such as BAE Systems, Novartis, EDF Energy, Unilever, Mondelez, Baker Hughes and more to deliver world-class supplier management built on rock-solid supplier data.
Costas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London and is a regular speaker and contributor on the importance of data as a foundation for digital transformation in business.
Anthony Payne
Ragnar Lorentzen
Ragnar joined HICX in October 2018 and leads the sales, pre-sales, business development and alliances teams and overseas commercial strategy, process and performance.
Prior to HICX, Ragnar was part of the founding management team of Procurement Leaders’ research and advisory business and led the business unit growth to over 500 clients.
Ragnar holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Norwegian Business School and an MBA from Durham University and is a regular contributor at Procurement and Supply Chain events.
