HICX Appoint VP for Customer Success

HICX Solutions have appointed their Head of Advisory Services, Grant Watling, as the new Vice President for Customer Success and Service Delivery.

The focus of the role is to have global responsibility to drive customer success outcomes through leading a world-class customer success team, inspiring customer success across the company, optimising the customer experience, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all HICX do. Grant will maintain global leadership of the master data, technology implementation, support / user adoption, outsourced managed services, and advisory service lines.

Grant noted, "This is a significant step in the company's journey as we consolidate the great work of recent years in growing our customer base, the challenge is to ensure we maintain excellence in all we do and retain a laser focus on the end users satisfaction."

Grant brings over 11 years of global management consulting experience to the role and was previously Director of Operations for Analytics at PRGX. His spare time is devoted to his wife and six children, travel, and sports.
